II. General information on data processing
1. Data processing by social networks
We maintain publicly accessible profiles in social networks. Social networks such as Facebook, Instagram etc. can generally analyse your user behaviour comprehensively when you visit their website or a website with integrated social media content (e.g. like buttons or advertising banners). Visiting our social media presences triggers numerous data protection-relevant processing operations. Specifically, project urban 2|3 GmbH operates a social media presence on the following platforms:

YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@yourchoiceofmobility
LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/project-urban-2-3

If you are logged into your social media account and visit our social media presence, the operator of the social media portal can assign this visit to your user account. However, your personal data may also be collected if you are not logged in or do not have an account with the respective social media portal. In this case, this data collection takes place, for example, via cookies that are stored on your end device or by recording your IP address. With the help of the data collected in this way, the operators of the social media portals can create user profiles in which your preferences and interests are stored. In this way, interest-based advertising can be displayed to you inside and outside the respective social media portal. If you have an account with the respective social network, the interest-based advertising can be displayed on all devices on which you are logged in or were logged in. As the operator of a social media site, we can only view the information stored in your public profile, and only if you have such a profile and are logged into it while you are visiting our social media site. In addition, the operator of the social media portal provides us with anonymous usage statistics, which we use to improve the user experience when visiting our social media presence. We do not have access to the usage data that the operator of the social media portal collects to compile these statistics. Please also note that we cannot track or influence all processing on the social media portals. Depending on the provider, further processing operations may therefore be carried out by the operators of the social media portals. We therefore recommend that you restrict this processing by setting your privacy accordingly as part of your membership of the respective social media portals, if you wish to do so. Details on this can be found in the terms of use and data protection provisions of the respective social media portals (see below).

2 Purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data
Our social media presence is intended to ensure that our company has as comprehensive a presence as possible on the internet. We use social media sites to draw attention to our services and products and to get in touch with you as a visitor and user of these sites. The operation of these social media presences, including the processing of users' personal data, is based on our legitimate interests in a contemporary and supportive information and interaction opportunity for and with our users and visitors in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR and the analogous provisions in accordance with the applicable data protection law. If you use our profiles on social networks to contact us (e.g. by creating your own posts, responding to one of our posts or sending us private messages), the data you provide us with will be processed by us exclusively for the purpose of contacting you. The legal basis for data collection is therefore Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR if consent has been given and otherwise Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR in the case of the fulfilment of a contract and the analogous provisions in accordance with the applicable data protection law. The analysis processes initiated by the social networks may be based on different legal bases, which must be specified by the operators of the social networks (e.g. consent within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR and the analogous provisions in accordance with the applicable data protection law). Details and information can be found in the corresponding data protection provisions of the respective providers (see below).

3. joint responsibility and assertion of rights
If you visit one of our social media sites, we are generally jointly responsible with the operator of the social media platform for the data processing operations triggered during this visit. In principle, you can assert your rights within the meaning of section V. of this privacy policy both against us and against the operator of the respective social media portal. Please note that, despite the joint responsibility with the social media portal operators, we do not have full influence on the data processing operations of the social media portals. Our options are largely determined by the company policy of the respective provider. Further details and information can be found in the corresponding data protection provisions of the respective providers (see below).

4. data deletion and storage duration
The data collected directly by us via the social media presence will be deleted from our systems as soon as the purpose for its storage no longer applies, you request us to delete it or revoke your consent to storage. Stored cookies remain on your end device until you delete them. Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular statutory retention periods - remain unaffected by this. We have no influence on the storage period of your data that is stored by the operators of the social networks for their own purposes. For details, please contact the operators of the social networks directly (e.g. in their privacy policy, see below).

1. YouTube
As part of our corporate communications, we are present on YouTube, a service of the Google group of companies. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. For further details on the processing of personal data on YouTube, please refer to Google's privacy policy, which you can access at the following link: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can also adjust your privacy and advertising preferences for Google services under the following links: https://myaccount.google.com/intro/privacy, https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated

2. LinkedIn
We have a profile on LinkedIn. The provider is LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. LinkedIn uses advertising cookies. As part of LinkedIn, we use so-called Lead Gen Forms, which you can use to request information about products. We use the data you provide there to process your request for information. The data is transmitted to us by LinkedIn and we also send it to Hubspot for the purpose of further processing and contacting you. Hubspot will only be used by us to contact you by email and to process your contact details. For this purpose, we have concluded an order processing contract with Hubspot, which regulates the processing of your data by Hubspot in accordance with our instructions. The data is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send an informal message by email to us. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. The data you enter will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected. Our website uses the "LinkedIn Insight Tag" conversion tool. The LinkedIn Insight Tag enables the collection of data about visits to our website, including URL, referrer URL, IP address, device and browser characteristics, timestamps and page views. This data is encrypted, anonymised within seven days and the anonymised data is deleted within 90 days. LinkedIn does not share any personal data with us, but only provides summarised reports on website audience and ad performance. LinkedIn also offers retargeting for website visitors so that we can use this data to display targeted advertising outside our website without identifying the member. LinkedIn members can control the use of their personal data for advertising purposes in their account settings. To deactivate the Insight tag on our website ("opt-out"), click here: https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls/retargeting-opt-out. Details on how they handle your personal data can be found in LinkedIn's privacy policy: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.
